All From The Heart Gift Basket orders will be processed within two business days. We do NOT offer same day shipping at this time unless otherwise noted. Please make sure to read the shipping address carefully, any incorrect addresses will result in a $15 rerouting fee. If possible please provide us with a telephone number to assist in delivery service. Our shipping prices reflect the weight of the product which may sometimes be quite large. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers iIncluding UPS, FEDEX, USPS & DHL and are shipped from different states. Please contact us for shipping origin.

Shipping Time: The day the basket is shipped out does not count towards the shipping time. Ground Shipping usually takes 3-8 business days depending on destination. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time.) If you choose to use ground service, we will ship it ground service.  There will be NO REFUNDS for a gift that arrives late. There are no refunds for refused packages.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address. This includes: Recipient Name (s), Company Name (If applicable), street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number (if applicable) and zip code. Also please provide us with a phone number for shipping purposes.

Wine Baskets

Due to the alcoholic content of these gifts, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Some gifts cannot be shipped to AZ, FL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, NC, ND, NY, OK, PA, or TN (With the exception of our hand delivered gift baskets).

Flowers

Grower Fresh Flowers - Grower Fresh products are shipped directly from our greenhouse using an overnight courier service. Due to our packing method to accommodate courier service, bouquets do not come arranged as you would receive from a florist.

Florist Delivered Flowers - Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, the availability of some flowers may be limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact arrangement pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, the filling florist will deliver a similar container and flowers of equal or greater value. Every effort will be made to maintain the same size, shape, and overall color schemes of the arrangement you originally selected. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.

Cheesecakes - Cheesecakes can not be shipped over the weekend and will only be shipped Mon-Wed. Cheesecake orders placed Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following business day..

Mrs Prindables Apples

Our apples are prepared the same day your order is shipped to ensure freshness. Our standard shipping for our apples is UPS 2-day. We ship via 2nd Day, Monday - Wednesday and via Next Day Air Saver Monday – Thursday. Orders are shipped same day if placed by 11 AM Eastern. UPS requires a signature at time of delivery. UPS will attempt to make a delivery up to three times, and then the package will be returned to us. We suggest picking a delivery location where you know somebody will be available, for example, his/her workplace. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available. AL, AR, CA, FL, LA, MS, ND, NM, TX require warm-climate insulated shippers year round. From March 17th – October 23rd these states also require overnight delivery. Appropriate shipping rates and charges apply. AR, CO, DE, DC, GA, ID, KS, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY require warm-climate insulated shippers from March 1st – November 27th. AK, CT, IL, IN, IA, HI, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, VT, VA, WA, WI require warm-climate insulated shippers from May 30th – October 15th.
